I'm Carmen, a horse lover who has been working with horses since childhood. Chronic fibromyalgia syndrome (CFS) broke out in me 16 years ago. Since then, I have been unable to ride, or only to a very limited extent. That's why I do ground work with Notus. He is the sweetest boy! When I'm having a bad day he cheers me up with his loving nature. At the same time he is demanding in his way and if I am not paying attention to him he starts to do other things than he should. But when I start communicating with him, he does everything possible to please me. This keeps me focused on him and distracts me from my pain and I can even forget about it for certain periods of time.
